About us

A small team, learning in public, building with discipline

HOACH Systems was founded in September 2026 on one belief: the way to become real automation experts is to learn the fundamentals, build small things, and talk to real customers — in that order.

The team

Clear mandates, one shared foundation. Everyone understands the fundamentals.

Founder / CEO & CTO

Owns the business end to end — the strategy, the customer conversations, and the technical foundation everything runs on. Sets direction and stays hands-on with systems and infrastructure.

Automation Engineer

Designs and builds the workflows, integrations, and safety controls at the heart of every project.

Operations / Marketing

Keeps the company running day to day and communicates honestly about what we do and how we work.

Our principles

These aren't poster slogans. They decide what we take on and what we turn down.

Learn before selling

We master the fundamentals of AI automation before we promise it to anyone.

Build small before building large

Focused experiments come first. Scale only what has been proven.

Speak to customers before building major products

Real conversations beat assumptions. Discovery drives what we build.

Don't automate everything for everyone

We choose one niche and one problem, and go deep instead of wide.

No SaaS before proving the problem

A product is only worth building after the underlying problem is validated.

Safeguards on high-risk automations

Anything risky runs with human review and explicit safety controls.

Everyone understands the fundamentals

Everyone on the team knows the basics — no single point of understanding.

Every principle above exists for one reason: automation should make a business safer and faster, not more fragile.

What we're doing right now
